Thank you for your interest in summer employment with CAPNWP at Camp Lambec and/or Westminster Highlands! We’re pleased that you’re interested and hope you’ll apply soon.
Our Board of Directors and year-round staff are eager to fill these summer positions as soon as possible. Applications are being accepted now, interviews start soon and hiring happens later this winter and early spring. Even if you’re unsure of your summer plans, it is to your advantage to apply now, before all positions are filled. Please apply as soon as possible!

The application and interview process is as follows:
- Complete, sign and mail* your application form directly to CAPNWP at the address above, including photocopies of your skills and training licenses, certificates and other documentation.
- Fill in the blank lines on page 1 of THREE (3) reference forms and give one each to your three references. Have them mail* their reference form directly back to CAPNWP quickly.**
- Once your completed application has been received, you may be contacted for an interview, possibly by phone.
- A second, in-person interview could take place after the initial interview. If distance is a concern, this interview may be done via phone.
- After your second interview, the Human Resources Committee and the appropriate summer staff leader will consider your application and make a decision.
- If selected, you’ll be informed by phone or email. If you verbally accept summer employment, you will be sent an Employment Agreement and other papers to complete, sign and return by specific dates.

* Because original signatures are necessary, please mail hard copies of your completed application and reference forms to CAPNWP via U.S. mail. To speed things up, you may fax or email your application, but mail the hard copy. Do not fax or email reference forms.
** Although completed reference forms are not necessary for the initial interview, they are required before you can be hired. |
